Best boba & steamed buns around. Also, try the lemongrass chicken (sandwich) with jalapenos and fresh veggies... Light but filling! Delish!

Thuy has two cafe's. One more downtown. Both are phenomenal. Her Bahn Mi's are to die for!!!! I bought two chicken bahn mis and a taro bobba and a mango bobba. 😍😍😍 Definitely hit the spot. I ate the bahn mis too fast for pictures. Im sorry. 😭😭😭😭

I had the bubble tea frozen ice with labor and tapioca beads with gelatin a new experience for me for sure.

Not that impressive. Relying on online rating but found traditional Vietnamese pho less than authentic. This is more a boba drink place, however, no boba comes with it unless you pay for boba for the boba tea.

It is a pleasant small dinner that serves authentic Vietnamese dishes. I enjoy their sandwiches and the iced tea that comes in many flavors. Feel free to conduct your WiFi needs and even a coffee that comes from Vietnam.

Soooo good! I had a Vietnamese coffee and a banh mi sandwich. Very delicious. My husband had a boba tea and the pork and rice dish which he said was excellent. Service was great, they were really attentive and friendly. One of my favorite places to go!

This is one of my very favorite places. I drive 10 miles for the freshness and boba tea whenever time allows. Food is fresh and perfectly executed. This ans Hippie Hi in Clearwater are the only places for authentic bubble tea boba tea and she makes it sugar free and vegan upon request. I thought I did not like tofu turns out I just never had it prepared correctly until here. The Vietnamese sandwich maybe my favorite thing I ever ate.

It was a nice little cafe that I went to before heading back to Springfield, the owners and coworkers were friendly. There isn’t much on the menu but you can still order things such as coffee, boba tea and sandwiches.

The food is absolutely delicious! And what a great little hang out spot. The sandwiches are one of the best sandwiches I've had and the boba tea is to die for!

Best boba you can get!! Not that I’m any expert, but they load it up with boba balls and they have every flavor and option you could imagine. Their food is incredible too, always fresh, with sweet and savory, crunchy textures, the best hoagie bread for their sandwiches, and you can’t beat the price 💚

I think they are famous for their Boba and soups. Definitely don't order the fried rice. It was stale , dry and tasted weird.. When i asked them about it , they said they store the chicken in the freezer that's why it may be tasting that way. Man i really miss the Vietnamese restaurant next to this .Apparently its being replaced by a seafood restaurant.

Do not be intimidated to try this place! It is modest from the outside, sitting in a zero personality strip mall, but the inside is cheerful and both meals I've had are the best Vietnamese food I've experienced in the US. I had the #1 bahn mi sandwich for lunch and it was delicious and a perfect portion. The bun bo hue is one of the best soups I've ever had. I measure all soups by how they compare to authentic ramen, which is my favorite type of soup. Bun bo hue is spicy, a little sweet in the best way, savory, umami, and loaded with meat and crunchy veg for awesome textures. It hits all of your taste buds to the bottom of the large bowl! We just moved to this area and are going to be regulars here for sure.

Unbelievable find. Decent prices, friendly service and the food is outstanding! Get the Bún bò Huế if it's available. We also had a Bánh mì and a honey ginger kumquat juice. All were fantastic!!

I work at the hospital and usually stop by here for some Banh mi (Vietnamese hoagies). I’m vegetarian so I go for the Banh mi with vegetarian ham. It has great taste and great texture. They also do vegetarian bun rieu, and vegetarian rice vermicelli with tofu is another favorite of mine. Don’t forget to grab a boba tea as well!

Amazing food every time!

I always love this place when we go to Tampa /Clearwater. They make fresh juices. I especially love the fresh sugarcane juice. AND they have GReat noodle soups, reasonably priced.

Banh Mi is always great. Made everyday to order. Fresh fruit boba is usually my favorite because not only do they have several options unlike most places, they also don't over cook the boba either.

This place is tiny and hidden but the food is amazing! I always get the Nam Vang Noodle soup which is a little different each time (depending on who makes it) but always very very good. The sandwiches are excellent. The also have Boba tea.I hope they never change the menu, it's great how it is.

I had the pho dac biet. The broth is not seasoned the strongest but it is nice and fairly clear. I had only two pieces of tendon in my soup. The tendon could of been a little more tender as well.For the price it was light on tendon and veggies. Side came with everything you normally expect, Thai basil, culantro, jalapeño, bean sprouts and a lemon (I prefer lime but the lemon was a big wedge which makes up for it.) The meatballs were great. The steak was slightly think but was still tender. I think this is the second best pho I’ve had in the St Pete area. It’s not close to first place though. Service was better than Pho Kien Giang because of the counter service, but the soup itself was not as good.

Rating this mostly on takeout banh mi (vietnamese sub). The subs are pretty good (I've had better in Atlanta and NYC, but these are not bad at all), the prices are reasonable and the service is courteous and fast. I do enjoy their tea and their sugar cane is fresh (I usually ask for it without fruit juice in it). The ambiance is decent, but not a lot of seating available.
